2022 Winners

Meet the 2022 Meek Mobilize Grants Winners!

Carrie Meek believed that the true power of a community is its people, and that residents must have the resources to shape where they live. Through the Meek Mobilize Grants Program, the Foundation supports neighborhood-based projects that engage residents, connect neighbors and help build Black and Brown communities. These 22 changemakers have stepped up by developing safe spaces for youth to create, increasing access to fresh, healthy food and uniting residents to keep each other safe.

These grants are just a first step. Throughout the year, the Foundation will financially invest in experts, tools and resources to help grow their work and ensure each projects’ success. Congratulations to all the 2022 winners! Learn more about them below.
